Vengeance (空雷砲撃波 (ヴェン・ジェン・ド) , Ven jen do) is a wind-based spirit magic.

Overview

A spell that uses wind spirits to create, and release, a compressed ball of super heated plasma from the palm of the caster. When it hits an object of sufficient mass it enters it, and explodes from within, destroying the target. Works equally well on both organic and inorganic targets.

"Vengeance! Thunder Cannon Wave Attack!"

History

Dark Schneider attempts to use this spell to kill the Cyclopes Vivian during its attack on the Kingdom of Metallicana. However, the cells of Anthrasax put into Vivian's body allow it to survive the attack, and mutate into a more powerful monster.

Trivia

• While the exact namesake is unclear as "Vengeance" could refer to various songs, albums and even bands within the heavy metal landscape, the most likely candidates for the spell's namesake are American thrash metal band Vengeance Rising (formerly known as Vengeance) or the Dutch heavy metal band Vengeance.[1]
