Stryper (
Overview[]
The strongest barrier spell used by monks. Known as an "anti-magic shell", this barrier allows no spell to enter or exit its radius, even the most powerful High Ancient Magic, thus rendering mages who rely only on magic powerless. This spell can be released after a certain amount of time has passed or at the discretion of the practitioner, and can normally protect only one person.[1][2]

History[]
Geo Noto Soto uses this spell to block Dark Schneider's Balvolt spell during their short fight in Castle Metallicana.[3]
Lich uses this spell to block any attacks from Dark Schneider, while also protecting himself from his own Gillian Ian spell, during their fight in Metallicana.[4]
Tia Noto Yoko uses this spell to protect the Astral Engine of King Crimson Glory from the attacks of several Angels who are trying to destroy it.[5]
Trivia[]
Stryper is named after the Christian metal band of the same name. The Christian affiliation is reflected in its incantation.
