Sleipnir are a race of mutant horses.

Sleipnir are giant horses with jet black bodies, and eight powerful legs. They possess near endless endurance, and can run for hundreds of kilometers without rest. At shoulder height they can easily exceed two meters tall, and will bite off the head of anyone who tried to straddle it without care.[1]
These mutant horses are an extremely rare species that is only conceived occasionally after multiple repeated matings, and are born in a ferocious manner by tearing through their mother's wombs.[1]
