Rainbow (
Overview[]
Calling on the power of his patron God, Blackmore, Dark Schneider summons a bow and arrow made of magical energy. Once launched, the arrow multiplies to strike multiple targets or to cause large damage to the area around the targets with explosions.[1][2]
This spell is several levels above Anthem. Unlike ordinary magic missiles, this arrow of light cannot be blocked unless Blackmore's power can be nullified (impossible except by absolute magic defense). The speed and destructive power of the arrow is more than 50 times that of Anthem, able to break through solid steel, and can't be seen by the human eye.[1][2]

History[]
After breaking free of Kai Harn's Talas spell, Dark Schneider uses this spell to counter attack.[3]
Much later, he uses the spell against Kall-Su's Dankard spell during their fight on King Crimson Glory.[4]
Trivia[]
- The spell name, as well as the incantation, are a reference to the song "Man on the Silver Mountain" from the band Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow.
- The patron god is also named after Ritchie Blackmore.
