The Nue is a Air Spirit residing in the Raijin-Ken.
Appearance[]
Nue has the head of a monkey, body of a raccoon, feet of a tiger and tail of a snake.[1]
Description[]
This now endangered species of Chimera can levitate and posses the power to call forth storms and lightning. Its mournful yet terrifying cry is called Tiger Thrush.[1]
History[]
The Nue first appears during Arshes Nei's second battle against Dark Schneider. Nei would taunt Dark Schneider with the existence of Nue in her sword, after Efreet shows up to aid Dark Schenider by giving him the Fire Sword. The Nue would battle Efreet, with both of them getting tossed into the orb created by Nei's Def Leppard spell by Efreet.[1]
Nue would later return during the fight with Lich. After being pulled into the vortex created by the Satan's Ring, Dark Schneider and Nei would find Efreet and Nui in the other dimensional space, and use their powers to survive. When Lich reopens the portal in an attempt to kill Gara Dark Schneider and Nei would escape using the elemental's help. Nue would bite the Lich, and hold him in place, while Dark Schneider uses the Fire Sword to kill Lich once and for all.[2]
Arshes Nei later called the Nue to her side, so she could use the Raijin-Ken during her battle with Abigail.[3]
