The Hiryu (Flying Dragon) is a suit of armor worn by Gara.
Overview[]
The Hiryu armor is a set of lightweight armor made to suit Gara's ninja profession. The armor has better defensive capabilities compared to Gara's Hiei armor, especially in regards to magical attacks. The name of the armor is printed on the left shoulder.[1]
History[]
Gara is first seen wearing the Hiryu armor after deploying with Dark Schneider, and Arshes Nei, to fight Lich who is attacking the Kingdom of Metallicana. After D.S. and Nei get pulled into a vortex, Gara begins fighting Lich directly, and credits the armor as saving his life against Lich's powerful spells. After the battle against Lich is over, and Gara returns to the Castle, the armor isn't seen again.[2]
