Def Leppard (
Overview[]
A spell that opens a gate to another world (the Other Plane) with magical energy. Similar to the Stryper spell, this spell creates a sphere of electricity to protect the caster from magic by absorbing all magic in its range, be it from the caster, or others. While the caster is protected from magic, they can't use magic themselves while the sphere remains. The spell lasts thirty minutes, and is often used by knights and mercenaries.[1][2]

"Joe, Elliot, Phil, Allen... I seek the sacred emblem passed down from ancient times. Def Leppard!"
History[]
Arshes Nei uses this spell during her rematch with Dark Schneider at Castle Metallicana to seal his spell casting, and force him into a sword fight where she had the advantage. While successful at first, Efreet would throw himself and Nue, as well as the sword they inhabited, into the sphere created by the spell to destroy it, and restore his master's magic.[3]
