The Breath is a holy magic spell.

Overview[]

By praying to god a priest can enhance the attack power, defenses, and fighting spirit, of allies. This spell causes a person's body and armor to glow with divine protection for a short period. The bodies of people under the affects of this spell feel like they are on fire.[1][2]

Incantation[]

God of virtue... Rise up and bless these brave men! The holy shield to thwart the darkness. To drive away evil... Bestow upon us the power of the righteous!

History[]

Tia Noto Yoko uses this spell to buff the combined forces of the, Divine Kings, Sorcerer Shoguns, and Samurai, before they engange in battle with a monster created by Anthrasax's cells which had spread over Kall-Su.[1]

Trivia[]

The name of the spell is likely derived from the English pop band Breathe.
