Biscaya (極零烈凍波 (ビス・カヤー) , Bisu kayā) is a water-based spirit magic.

Overview[]

A spell that creates a snowstorm of magical cold in the palms of the caster's hands, and then sends it towards a target. The cold air travels in a straight line, freezing everything in its path. The average temperature of this spell is -20C, but in its center the temperature drops to -100C.[1][2]

Incantation[]

Falskoba, kiruemuo raidozarai famfatalla fo bido. Frozen earth! Frozen glaciers! Roll in furious rage! Biscaya!

History[]

Kall-Su uses this spell to freeze the Kingdom of Whytos Neiki, and claim their seal on Anthrasax.[3]
