Balvolt (雷撃 (バルヴォルド) , Baruvorudo) is an Air Elemental spell that commands a thunder spirit to unleash a thunderbolt at an opponent.

Overview

This spell uses wind spirits to create a strong lightning conductor inside a magical field, charging the atmosphere until a high voltage is created. This electrical energy is then discharged on a target, frying them. This spell normally hits with a force of 20,000 volts.

While this spell can only be used by powerful wizards, it is a low ranked spell among lightning spells.

"Slayer, slayer! Oh Lighting of Balmor's Dark Mists! Balvolt!"

History

Osborn uses this spell against the recently resurrected Dark Schneider, during his attack on Metallicana. While the spell seems to harm D.S., it is revealed it did no real damage to him.

Dark Schneider would use later use the spell himself the next time he was unsealed, in an attempt to kill Geo Noto Soto. Geo would block the spell with the Stryper barrier spell.

Arshes Nei uses the spell to attack an illusion of Dark Schneider, that he projected into her dreams, in an warning to not try to oppose him.
